The legend of chicken coop (the merit-making of 10th month)

The festival is held at Baan Siew Noi, tambon Ban Lao, amphoe Mueang Chaiyaphum, Chaiyaphum province. It has long been practiced. The ancient people here believed that children must make merit in the tenth month for ancestors who have passed away. The chicken coop tradition is held in the tenth month merit making.
